Frame rails are fully boxed with hot rolled P&O 10ga. Double plating is used in Motor Mount area, and plug welded to boxing plate. Tubular Center Crossmember is constructed of 1-1/2" O.D. 120 Wall Chromoly Tubing. Dropped axle front crossmember, rectangle tube rear cross-member for use with coil-over shocks, All bungs made from 1/2 plate material, taped 3/8 fine thread and welded in place. All components of these frames are fully Tig Welded.

Frames also available for the Big Block, Blown, or High Output Motor's Frames constructed with AccuRails from Dearborn Mfg. This frame rail with the Chromoly Center Section will give you one of the strongest frame's you could ask for.


Frames can be constructed with Pre C-notched Dearborn Mfg. Rails, or American Stamping Rails.	The cut away above shows the heavy duty AccuRails from Dearborn Mfg. An up charge of $1,300.00 to basic frame price will be added when using Dearborn AccuRails.

Above shows our ½ bung plates along with our reinforcement plate for the Motor Mounting area.	Above shows boxing plate V-Notch and drilled before final welding of frame and plug welding of motor reinforcement to boxing plate.


Tubing after all the bends are made is preset in a jig to insure that all the angles are right before tack welding.	It is then set up in the frame and tacked welded in place before leaving the jig table. Then final Tig Welding of the complete unit can take place.
